CARTY'S IRIE FARM
A Family-Owned Tradition
The Farm's owner, Leroy Carty, has been involved with farming for decades, farming both locally and in the USA. As a member of the USA Farm Worker Program for over 20 years, he earned a position as second in command for "Kelly Orchards".
Leroy's wife Hillary Carty, has always played a key role. With her innovative thinking and hard work, the farm has expanded and gained popularity.

CARTY'S IRIE FARM
The Farm is situated in the Wakefield District, a farming community in Linstead, St. Catherine, Jamaica. The farm is situated on approximately 15 acres of prime land that was once used for growing sugar cane.
The property was originally aquired in 2006 and primarily used for the cultivation of cassava. However, as time progressed, the decision was made to expand and plant other crops such as sorrel, sweet peppers and tomatoes.

MEAT & POULTRY
Damion Carty, was born with the passion for farming and always envisioned more. While serving as a Police Officer at age 22, he built a chicken coop to house 1000 birds.
There is a high demand for broiler chickens, so this operation is always expanding.
The RADA and food handling inspectors are always present when processing the chickens.
